Today was a reflective, introspective day more than others. The cooler than normal temperature, the gleaming sun rays bouncing off the autumn leaves provided a nice backdrop to relax. Where else to enjoy this type of day -- at the lake. I took a ride and as I listened to the water pounds the rocks, the wind howling ever several minutes and looking at a clear blue sky, I sensed a calm. When I took out my camera to capture the scenery, I saw a almost bare tree standing about 20 feet from the water. Nothing really unique about this tree except for this is the first time I noticed it almost bare. Being inspired by a drawing from my friend, NHB, I snap a few photos looking up and appreciating the form and character of this lone tree. Whether this tree is attractive or not, in the spring the leaves will return. Next, I thought with all the directions life takes us, we always have one source to keep up grounded. Thanks friend.

In honor of ...
As a took a morning run, I saw a unique display: American flags lined the curb near the local park for Veterans' Day. This a snapshot of my view. For those who have served, thanks!

Miami. A place to enjoy the the beach, the clubs and weather. On my last visit, I encountered two days of tropical weather conditions. Winds of 50_ mph, sideways rain and rough surf. However, Miami did not let me down. The last few days the sun and warmth come out of hiding providing this wonderful picture.

And now...
Overt the past 18 months, I had the distinct opportunity to experience the changes and challenge like many fellow Americans. After working through the shock of a new professional career ahead, I chased many opportunities vigorously: emailing 8-10 resumes per day, networking every way possible and even cold calling employers. With countless hours invested in job searching, I wonder how I can hear the word "recovery" is employers are overwhelmed with applicants, housing market has not recovered and I am still with out work.

iPad 2
iPad 2 was released on March 11, 2011 and I found a way to get it the same day. After standing in at Best Buy for 1 Hour and received my iPad 2 form.

After the exchanging hi-fives with everyone in my immediate areas, we all began the longer wait to pickup our long awaiting iPad 2 for the jubilant journey home. Once home, I made a straight dash to the office to sync my new toy to begin using. Below are my link to my Youtube videos with my first experiences.

Grace Card
Today, I went to see "Grace Card", an independent film. Words cannot express my experience—if I tried, the words would be "deeply moving." If you want see a movie that is not just the usual "Hollywood' status quo, plan to see this one. As this is an independent, I am not sure how many theaters and how long the movie stay in theaters. Go soon!
